SpinetiX HMP’s can connect to raw data-feeds and convert the content into a visual medium such as custom layouts and charts. Any data source such as RSS feeds, text, schedules, csv, xml etc. can be retrieved, formatted and displayed. Network bandwidth is optimized by the user so the player decides how and when to access the raw data. These applications which handle live formatting of raw data are called widgets.

  • Conference room widget
    Display conference and meeting room schedules and reservation information, HMP's retrieve raw data from your existing scheduling systems and presents the information formatted as you want it to be displayed. No special development is necessary.

  • Weather widget
    2 players with the same content in different locations can display targeted content such as an umbrella or ice-cream advertising depending on the raw weather data for their location.

  • Flight information widget
    Display departure & arrival information from existing systems just by connecting the SpinetiX devices towards remote raw data file. HMP's retrieve, format and display the content without user intervention.

  • Other widgets
    Any web content such as news, RSS, clocks, calendars, twitter can be displayed and formatted to the user requirements for style, layout or frequency.
