SpinetiX's first ever customer - Le Meridien Hotel in Nice, France - sent us the log file of one of the first 10 installed HMP100s. That installation was back in September 2008 with our first production firmware.

What a great success of reliability and durability ... and with regular firmware improvements, average uptime has been increasing ever since.
